Blake's 3rd Birthday

Blake turned 3 on May 31st. How the time flies!!
Here are some pics from his "Cars" themed birthday party. A good time was had by all!!! (Except for his parents who were too busy playing hosts)

Here Daddy and Isaac rest a little from all the hub-bub.

Blake and his friend Suneil play in the sandbox their Aunt Sofia bought for him.

Isaac has designs on Blake's new bike. Hear that? That high-pitched, banshee like scream? That's Blake discovering Isaac riding his bike.

Blake takes posession of the bike. He doesn't know how to peddle, but he sure knows how to honk that horn! This was about the longest he spent on the bike, thanks to Grandpa and Grammy's gift. See below.

Blake starts out the pinata fun. The kids each pull a string. One of the strings opens up the hatch. Not as much fun as whacking it, but much safer for the person holding the pinata.

Did you ever see those nature shows where the scavengers all fight for position around a carcass of some dead animal? Does this picture look familiar? Oh the humanity!!!

And the cake carnage begins!! Look at that smile on Lupita's face. She is so unaware of the sugar-induced, hyperactivity that was to come for the rest of the evening.

Fork!?!? Fork?!?! We don't need no stinkin' fork!!!

This was pre-cutting. I was off to get the pizzas and when I returned I found little finger tracks in the cake. Lupita claimed she didn't know he was doing it, and yet, photographic evidence refutes her claim. SHe was taking the pictures!!

Blake is getting ready for his golf career. You know, the one that will allow him to take care of his parent's in their old age? Is he a ham or what?

Blake and Isaac play in their new sandbox.

And last but not least, Grammy and Grandpa's gift to the boys. A motorized F-150. Kind of makes the whole "first little bike" gift from Mom and Dad completely pointless. Thanks Grammy and Grandpa!!!!

Blair and Lupita are now Blogging

You figure it had to happen eventually!
You have to wonder why it took so long for an IT guy to come up with a blog, but thanks to our friends Joey and Lori we are now going to start blogging as well (cant let Good Hands Guillory and his better half show us up!!)
Anyways, there will be more to come, so stay tuned! I set this up at work this morning and I don't have access to any pictures.
